At Black and White Energy, we’re committed to delivering pure power with no gray areas. All current orders on our Shopify store are preorders for our HeliBerry-flavored energy drinks—Black Can (sugar-based) and White Can (sugar-free). We appreciate your early support as we gear up for production and launch!

Preorder Fulfillment and Shipping Timeline

• Preorder Nature: Products are not yet in stock. Your preorder helps us reach our minimum production run of 10,000 units.
• Estimated Shipping Start: We anticipate shipping to begin in January 2026, once production commences. Exact dates depend on preorder volume and manufacturing timelines.
• Fulfillment Time: Once production starts, orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 5–7 business days. If no specific date is provided at checkout, we commit to shipping within 30 days of availability, per Shopify guidelines.
• Delays: We’ll notify you via email of any updates or delays due to high demand, supply chain issues, or production. If delays exceed expectations, you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping Methods and Costs

• Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only): We ship to the contiguous United States via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order size (e.g., $5–$15 for standard orders). Free shipping on preorders over $50 to reward early adopters!
• Order Splitting: If your preorder includes multiple items, we may ship in batches as products become available, with no additional shipping fees.

Tracking and Delivery

• Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. Track via the carrier’s website.
• Delivery: Expect 3–7 business days for delivery after shipment, depending on your location. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses—please double-check at checkout.

Changes and Cancellations

• Preorders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of placement. After that, contact us for assistance.
